TONY ANDERSON

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

As CFO, Tony is responsible for all financial operations to support Eclipse IA’s growth as a market leader in workforce solutions and the company’s continued strategic expansion.

With over 25 years of corporate financial experience and two decades in financial leadership roles at staffing and workforce solution providers, Tony is committed to ensuring that Eclipse is well positioned to help our clients navigate the current market challenges around unemployment and wage inflation. 

Prior to joining Eclipse in 2022, Tony was the North America CFO at Impellam Group. He also spent 17 years with Randstad USA, completing his tenure with the company as SVP, Corporate Controller and previously as SVP, Finance.

Tony graduated from Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. He currently resides with his wife and three children in Kennesaw, Georgia.
