VP, MARKETING

As Vice President of Marketing, Leanne is responsible for developing and executing the marketing and communications strategy that elevates our brand, attracts top talent and clients, and further solidifies our position as a leader in the industry.

With over 25 years of marketing leadership experience across a variety of industries, Leanne has a wealth of knowledge in integrated marketing communications, brand strategy, and scaling marketing operations for both B2B and B2C organizations.

Prior to joining Eclipse Advantage in 2025, Leanne was the VP of Marketing Communications for a large behavioral healthcare organization.  Before that, she spent nearly two decades in the promotional products industry, serving as VP of Marketing for one of the industry’s largest suppliers

Leanne has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing as well as a Master of Business Administration from the Pennsylvania State University.  She currently resides with her husband in Pittsburgh, PA.  She has two college-aged daughters, and loves to combine her love of food and photography with her passion for travel.
