KAREN SASSI

As Vice President of Marketing, Karen Sassi leverages 25 years of experience in developing marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, and relationships. Karen ensures brand integrity by focusing on opportunities that align with the company’s core strengths, solutions, values and culture, to attract best-in-class clients and talent. She also helps scout strategic partnerships for continued growth and operational excellence, and is the point of contact for PR and editorial inquiries.

Prior to Eclipse Advantage, Karen was a business strategy and marketing consultant, creating unique marketing strategies that incorporated growth-oriented business processes and change management. Before that, she was Director of Marketing & Operations for an agency that specialized in the energy efficiency sector. She worked with Honeywell in the campaigning of the Energy Star Homes brand for northeastern gas and electric companies’ initiatives for energy conservancy. She also developed campaigns for Comfort Partners, NJ Smart Start Buildings, CT Cool Choice, and more.

Karen began her career in supply chain and healthcare logistics on the team that brought UPS into healthcare logistics, and worked with Fortune 500 companies like Novartis Animal Health, Genzyme, and divisions of J&J.

She received her B.A. at the University of Delaware. Today, she is on the Board of the QBC, a member of the CMO Club, a Girls On The Run coach, and volunteers regularly.
