JOSEPH GUARIANO

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES & MARKETING

Joseph, known for his strong leadership qualities and effective communication skills, has over 25 years of recruitment and workforce solutions experience. As the EVP of Sales & Marketing, he supports the Eclipse Advantage business strategy by developing the strategic sales and marketing plans to meet the company goals that promote sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Prior to Eclipse Advantage, Joseph was the Chief Operating Officer for OTS Holdings, a privately held firm providing a wide range of workforce solutions which has since merged with Eclipse in 2018. He was responsible for the sales, operations and marketing functions, and a member of the executive management team where he successfully increased top line sales, led acquisitions, established an internal marketing function to drive awareness, among many other accomplishments.

Prior to OTS, Joseph also held the Chief Operating Officer position at CBI Group, a company that focused on recruitment solutions ranging from full scale outsourcing and consulting. Joseph began his career at Randstad, an international supplier of Human Resource services to businesses and institutions, and held various positions including Vice President, Director of International Accounts and Director of Strategic Accounts.

Joseph serves as a board member of Easter Seals of Delaware and Lower Eastern Shore. Completed Randstad Senior Executive Program by attending IESE Business School as part of the University of Navarra in Spain, TIAS Business School in conjunction with the Tilburg University in The Netherlands. Joseph graduated with a business administration degree from the University of Delaware.
