Joe has over 25 years of progressive leadership experience. For the last 15 years, he has served as President of Universal Chain, now an Eclipse Advantage company. 

Joe's leadership and empowerment create a foundation of success for all team members. He believes strongly in a customer-centric culture that promotes ownership, creativity, innovation, employee engagement, and establishes core standards and values. 

In the past, Joe worked as a Superintendent for West Electric Group. 

He has a certificate in project management from Colorado State University.
