With an impressive background of executive leadership in staffing and technology, Chris provides strategic leadership to Eclipse Advantage’s technology platforms and services.  Chris leverages innovative technology solutions to separate Eclipse Advantage from the competition, helping to meet our clients’ and employees’ needs for efficiency and real time information.   He is instrumental in supporting our tremendous growth. His leadership reflects our ongoing investment in a tech-focused future. 

Prior to joining Eclipse Advantage, Chris worked at a variety of firms where he incorporated cutting-edge technology to accelerate company growth, increase revenue, and reduce expenses. Included in his career path, he was Global Head of Information Technology at Dexian (formerly Digital Intelligence Systems); Chief Information Officer at Signature Consultants; Vice President and General Manager at Berean Group International; and Vice President of Technology and Recruiting at Butler International, Inc. Chris specializes in developing technology solutions for fast-paced, high-growth situations.

Chris earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Pennsylvania State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems from Texas State University. 

Residing in Boca Raton, Florida, with his wife and their dog, Chris is also the proud father of two sons who have graduated from the University of Florida.  Chris is passionate about playing, coaching and watching a variety of sports.
